You must make your reservations by Friday, October 2, 2026 to get these special rates.  You are not charged until check-in, but there is a 24-hour cancellation policy if you have to cancel.

You must enter the dates between(October 23 - October 25) to populate the special rates.  

It has allowed for "shoulder dates" a few days before and after the dates we set up.  If anyone does want to extend their stay beyond the dates we set up, they can make a reservation with the link, then contact the hotel at (210) 455-6388 to extend it.
